Superior Oasis Sponsors Marquette MI Area Events

f there are events, activities around Marquette MI, most likely we are involved somehow. Why not? We believe in and love the area!

This past weekend we had the pleasure of hosting a number of teams from the Michigan Alpine Competition Council and boy did our Ski Waxing Room see the traffic! MACC reported a great first week with about 76 racers making their debut in Marquette.

UP200 starts TONIGHT and ends Feb 17! We’ve been following and posting updates on the Annual UP200 Sled Dog Race hosted by The Upper Peninsula Sled Dog Association via our Superior Oasis Facebook Page. Be sure to check it out!
UPDATE: The action begins at 7:00pm on Friday, February 14th with the UP200 teams leaving downtown Marquette. They will be followed by the Midnight Run Teams leaving at 8:00pm (originally 8:30).
